铜蒸气激光直接插入治疗恶性肿瘤42例临床观察

Treatment of 42 Cases of Malignant Tumor with Copper Vappor Pulsed Laser

采用铜蒸气脉冲激光光纤直接插入肿瘤组织治疗恶性肿瘤４２例，其治疗结果ＣＲ１８例、ＰＲ１８例、ＭＲ４例、ＮＲ２例，有效率８５．７％（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ），其对照组２０例，有效率为５５％，二组相比有效差３０．７％（Ｐ值＜０．０５），并且有操作简便，局部感染机会少，瘤体缩小快的特点。

Forty-two cases of malignant tumor treated with coppervappor pulsed laser by directly inserting into tumor tissue. All cases were diagnosised by pathology. The result CR18 PR 18 MR4 NR2. The resutindicate that the test group(85.7%) is more effective than the controlled group (55.0%)(P<0.05). So this is more effective and less infective, and can be used in clinic practice.
