摘要
通过对 Ni 基金属粉末在激光辐照下熔凝的宏观形貌、组织和显微硬度特性分析,阐述了金属基粉末激光表面熔覆层机械性能的影响因素。研究表明,在合适的金属粉末配方下,可以通过激光处理获得基体材料不可能具备的特殊性能。
Through analyzing the macroscopic appearance,structural feature and microhardnees of the nickel base alloy powder consolidation by laser irradiation,the paper expounds the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of surface clad consolidation layer.The study shows that the special characteristics can be obtained for the clad layer by laser irradiation if the composition and grain size of metal powder are suitable.
