直接沉淀法合成钛酸钡粉体的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用直接沉淀法制备钛酸钡粉体.利用XRD,TEM等检测手段对样品进行了表征.重点研究了直接沉淀法合成钛酸钡的制备方法和影响因素.结果表明,通过该方法合成的钛酸钡粉体为立方晶系,且为均匀球形,粒径分布在50~80 nm,纯度为99.85%. BaTiO_3 nano-powders are prepared by direct precipitation method.And the samples are characterized by XRD,TEM.The method and effect factors of synthesizing BaTiO_3 nano-powders by direct precipitation method are studied emphatically.The results indicate that BaTiO_3 nano-particles synthesized through this method belong to cubic crystal structure and are uniform spheric with the diameter of 50~80 nm and the purity of 99.85%.
