摘要 对以工业碳酸盐和商品磷酸为原料,采用高温固相反应法合成正磷酸盐进行了研究,解决了目前产品中常含有复盐因而影响产品纯度的问题。通过工艺条件试验,制备的磷酸三钠、磷酸三钾、磷酸三钙和磷酸三镁产品纯度高,达到目前国际市场要求,得出了该技术可进行工程放大和工业化生产的结论。 The synthesis of orthophosphate using technical carbonate and merchant phosphoric acid as raw materials by high-temperature solid-state reaction method has been researched.The problem of product purity,which is always effected by double salt,has been solved.Through the technology test,the products of trisodium phosphate,tripotassium phosphate,tricalcium phosphate and trimagnesium phosphate prepared have a good quality and can meet the demand of international market.The technology can be scaled up and industrialized for production.
