摘要
针对焦作市多氟多化工有限公司氟化铝、冰晶石的生产情况,充分利用氟化铝母液中各种有用成分,对湿法氟化铝母液用于砂状冰晶石工艺中氢氟酸生产的吸收液的可行性进行了分析、探讨。经过该公司的生产试用,效果良好,一方面回收了氟化铝母液中的氟、铝有用成分,另一方面减少了废液排放,减少了用石灰中和处理所消耗的石灰。
In view of the production situation of aluminum fluoride and cryolite in the plant,the feasibility of using the mother liquor from wet-method aluminum fluoride production as an absorption liquor in the production of hydrofluoric acid from cryolite is analyzed and discussed.Through the trial production,it shows that the effectiveness of this process is good,the useful component F and Al in the mother liquor can be recoved,and also the waste liquor and lime used for neutralization treatment can be decreased.
