摘要
用离子束增强沉积的方法,在304不锈钢表面合成了Al及Al-Y薄膜.通过在950℃、1050℃的恒温氧化和950℃的循环氧化实验发现,由于Al_2O_3保护膜的生成显著提高了304不锈钢的抗氧化性,而Y的加入又明显地提高了Al_2O_3氧化膜的抗循环氧化能力.本文通过SEM、AES、EPMA及X射线衍射相分析等手段,分析了氧化产物层的形貌和组成.并根据实验结果探讨了Al、Y有益作用的机制.
Al and Al-Y films were synthesized on the surface of 304 stainless steel byion-beam-enhanced deposition(IBED).The isothermal oxidation behavior of theAl and Al-Y deposited 304 stainless steel was studied in air at 950℃and 1050℃,and their cylcling oxidation behavior was studied in air at 950℃.The experi-mental results indicated that the synthesized films enhanced remarkably theoxidation-resistance of the 3O4 stainless steel,and that the addition of Yimproved further the eycling oxidation-resistance of the steel.SEM,AES,EPMA,and X-ray diffractions were employed tO characterize the oxidation products.Onthe basis of the results,the beneficial effects of Al,and in particular,of Y werebriefly discussed.
