Treatment of Clavicular Fractures by Internal Fixation with Reconstruction Plate

目的:观察切开复位重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法:本组104例,全部行切开复位重建钢板内固定. 结果:随访6月-12个月,骨折全部愈合,肩关节功能良好。结论:锁骨骨折采用重建钢板内固定,复位好,固定确切,有利于 早期功能锻炼,是一种值得推荐的方法。

Objective: To observe the effect of open reduction and internal fixation to treat clavicular fractures. Methods: 104 cases with clavicular fractures were treated by Reconstruction plate. Results: All patients were followed-up from 6 to 12 months, their effect was satisfactory. Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction platen Should be an ideal method to cure clavicular fracture.
