Localio Technique Treatment (Abdominosacral Approach) on Two Large Sacral Tumor

目的:探讨骶骨肿瘤的切除方法。方法:经Localio(经腹、骶入路)切除一例巨大恶性脊索瘤和一例恶性脂肪肉 瘤。结果:肿瘤达到根治切除。结论:强调广泛切除骨盆内巨大肿瘤的重要性。同时强调提示肿瘤存在的临床表现以及直肠检 查的重要性。

Objective: To study the achieve radical resection fo two large sacral tumors. Methods: We adopted the Localio technique (abdominosacral approach) to achieve radical resection for a case of a large malignant sacral chordoma and a case of a malignant liposarcoma . Results: We performed such an approach to achieve radical resection for these tumors. Conclusion: We highlight clinical features which suggest the presence of space occupying lesions in the pre-sacral space and reiretate the absolute importance of rectal examination.
