实现科技成果的产业化己成为当今共同关注的热点问题。但社科研究成果的转化和产业化也是一个对发展我国生产力具有重大意义的课题。经过改革开放20多年的飞速发展,我国科学技术的整体水平有了显著提高,我国社会科学的研究也推进到了一个崭新的高度。但研究成果与经济发展相脱节的问题还没有得到根本解决。我们在如何有效地利用社科研究成果,推动人们思想解放,创造有竞争力的社会环境,促进社会和谐发展还存在重大的缺陷。社科研究成果转化是一个动态结构,是一个复杂的社会系统工程。它既要求科研机构和社会通过深化改革建立起研究成果与经济有效结合的微观机制,又要求政府通过转换职能建立起研究成果与经济有效结合的宏观机制。

At present, industrializing the scientific and technical achievement becoming the focused hot problem of all our society. But how to promote and industrialize the achievements of social science is also a meaningful task for the development of China's productivity. With the speedy developing of the reform and opening in last 20 years, the science and technology of China have been obviously improved, and the research of social science also has be raised to a high level. But the problem that the research achievements could not match the development of economy has not been resolved completely. We still have many deficiencies on how to use the social scientific achievements effectively, how to make people thinking in a modern and creative way, and how to build a competitive and stable developing society. Social scientific achievements' promoting transformation is a developing structure and a complex social system project. On one hand, it asks the science institute and the society to build a micro system, which combined with the achievements and economy, according to deepening the reform. One the other hand, it also asks the government to converse the function to build a macro system combined effectively with achievements and economy.
