摘要
本文从一般治疗、药物治疗、物理治疗、微创手术等方面介绍腰椎间盘突出症的综合治疗,特别强调正确选择适应证、熟悉相关解剖知识、熟练掌握操作技术、重视辅助治疗是提高疗效和减少并发症的关键。
The comprehensive modalities on prolapse of intervertebral disc comprised of adjunctove therapies, drag therapies, physical therapies, minimal invasive procedures and so on were described. Emphasis must be focus on choice of appropriate therapies, review of anatomy and procedures as well as necessary adjunctive therapies.
