摘要
本文提出了用于声光相关/卷积器的双向声光偏转器的设计、制备和测试结果.两个通道的中心频率均为175MHz,带宽70MHz,衍射效率30%,渡越时间7μs.已在空间相干器时间相干器系统中得到应用.
In the parer, we report the designing, design parameters and the results of measurement of a two-way direction acousto-optic deflector. A two-way acoustooptic deflector is one in which two deflectors have been manufactured in one piece of TeO2 crystal, the acoustic waves of the two deflectors travelling along opposite directions and the two deflectors being seperated. Both deflectors have 175 MHz center frequency, 70MHz bandwidth, 30% efficiency and 140kHz frequency rcsolution. The distance of separation between the deflectors is 8mm. The device has been applied in an acousto-optic correlator/ convolver system.
