摘要
以皖南旅游资源开发为例,探讨了旅游资源开发战略研究的过程。首先对皖南旅游资源开发进行战略分析,系统地阐释分析其面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。其次,提出近期宜采用进攻性战略、集中战略,确定了皖南旅游资源开发的4种方向和几种可选的方法。最后,从3个方面分析了怎样将制定的战略转化为落到实处的行动。
This paper explores the Strategic Research (SR) processes of the tourist resources development in Wannan (South Anhui). First, the advantages, the disadvantages, the opportunities and also the challenges about the tourist resources development in Wannan are systematically explored. This paper proposes the offensive strategy and the centralized strategy. Three possible methods of tourist resources development in Wannan are introduced along with several ways. To put these strategies into practice, three aspects on tourist resources in Wannan development are discussed
