摘要 目的 探讨血清新喋呤浓度与肝硬化的关系和意义。方法 采用ELISA法检测5 2例肝硬化患者及3 0名健康人血清新喋呤水平。结果 肝硬化组血清新喋呤水平明显高于健康对照组(P <0 .0 1) ;肝炎后肝硬化组血清新喋岭水平明显高于非肝炎后肝硬化组(P <0 .0 5 ) ;肝硬化合并感染组血清新喋呤水平明显高于肝硬化无感染组(P <0.0 5 )。结论 肝硬化患者血清新喋呤水平表达增高,与其病因及有无合并感染密切相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between the level of serum neopterin and liver cirrhosis. Methods The serum neopterin was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in serum samples collected from 52 patients with liver cirrhosis and 30 healthy persons. Results The level of serum neopterin significantly increased in patients with liver cirrhosis compared with the healthy persons (P<0.01). The level of serum neopterin in patients with post-hepatitis cirrhosis was much higher than that in patients with non post-hepatitis cirrhosis (P<0.05). The level of serum neopterin also was higher in liver cirrhosis patients with second infection compared with those without infection (P<0.05). Conclusions The high level of serum neopterin in patients with liver cirrhosis appears to be associated with its etiological factors and infection. Serum levels of neopterin may be a useful marker for distinguishing causes and identifying secondary infection.
