摘要
针对红外探测器需要在低温下工作,设计并实现了红外探测器温度控制系统。本设计采用了闭环反馈的控制方式,使用热电制冷的方法控制红外探测器工作温度。温控系统具有结构简单,速度快以及精度高和可靠性高等特点,满足了设计要求。并且对整个系统的工作状态进行了评估,对系统进行了误差分析。
Design and implement temperature controlling system of infrared detector worked in low temperature. Based on close-loop feedback, the system controls temperature successfully by using thermoelectric refrigeration. The systems have a good performance of simple structure, high speed, high precision and working stability. Compared with other working style, we evaluated the characters of system and analyzed the steady error.
