乙烯装置丙烯外送泵为GSB型高速泵,密封频繁泄漏,通过对其机械密封端面比压的核算与分析,并对其机械密封动环材料及结构的分析找到了密封失效的原因,有针对性地对其进行综合改造,收到良好效果。

The pump used to transport acryl in ethylene project is GSB type high speed pump,in which leakage occurs frequently.Through the calculation and the analysis of the face pressure of the mechanical seal as well as the analysis of the moving ring material in the mechanical seal and the structure, the causes of seal failure were found.After the combined reform to these analytical results was carried out, the good effects have appeared.
