历史文化古城的非利用价值评估研究——以凤凰古城为例

STUDY ON THE ASSESSMENT OF THE NON-UTILITY VALUE OF HISTORICAL CULTURAL ANCIENT CITY——FENGHUANG AS AN EXAMPLE

文章在界定历史文化古城非利用价值构成的前提下,以在凤凰古城实地调研和向全国发放的CV调查表的数据为依据,以2002年末全国城镇就业人口为总人口样本,利用条件价值法(CVM)对历史文化古城的非利用价值进行评估。结果显示2003年凤凰古城的非利用价值为314,019万元,其中存在价值139,361.67万元、遗产价值101,867.79万元、选择价值72,758.22万元。

Based on defining the non-utility value of historical cultural ancient city and in the light of collecting datum in CV diagram, taking the year of 2002 national city and town's at-work people as total people sample,this paper uses the CVM to evaluate the non-utility value of Fenghuang ancient city, it reveals that it is worthy of 3,140,190,000$,about 1,393,616,700$ exist value,1,018,677,900$ heritage value and 727,582,200$ choice value.
