摘要
从21 世纪人力资源开发与管理的角度,以落实全国人才工作会议精神为基点,论述人才资源开发的时代特征;人才资本理论的提出和发展;阐述知识经济时代对人力资源开发与管理的迫切要求,根据能态理论引发出对人才资源开发、合理利用及科学管理的新思维———量子化思维。同时,简单地阐述了企业文化的核心———团队精神。
From the viewpoint of human resources development and management in the 21st century, based on the spirit of the country's talent resources conference,this paper discusses the characteristics of the times of talent resources development and the advance and development of talent capital theory,and expounds on the demand on human resources development and management in knowledge-economy age. According to the energy-status theory,this paper puts forward quantization thinking, a new idea of talent resources development, reasonable utilization and scientific management. The paper also discusses the core of corporation culture-team spirit.
