口腔或耳鼻喉手术患儿气管插管前后心率变异性的变化 被引量:3

摘要 通过对比不同年龄阶段的心率变异性(HRV)发现,婴儿出生早期交感神经与副交感神经发育想分离,副交感神经自出生后逐渐发育成熟[1,3],而交感神经的发育情况目前尚无定论.本试验拟在相同的麻醉深度下,通过比较口腔或耳鼻喉手术患儿和成人气管插管前后HRV的变化,探讨婴儿交感神经的发育程度.
