技术差距优势是外商在华企业专属优势的重要组成部分,也是外商实现在华投资发展的前提基础。基于这一认识,从转移技术结构、转移技术价值和企业特征三个维度,建立了外商在华投资技术转移价值分析框架,并通过对在华外商投资企业的调查,依据框架实证分析了外商在华直接投资转移技术价值以及与企业特征的变动关系。

The technological disparity advantage is an important component of foreign enterprise's exclusive advantage in china; it is also the prerequisite foundation for foreign enterprises to realize the development of investment in China. Going on this understanding, from three dimensions of transfer technology structure , transfer technology value and enterprise's characteristic, the paper has set up the analysis framework of technological transfer value of foreign enterprise's investment in China. By making investigations on the foreign-investment enterprise of Pearl River Delta, the paper has analyzed the technology transfer value of foreign direct investment in China (FDIC) and the relationship between the technology transfer value with enterprise's characteristics.
