摘要
在动态能力及其相关理论研究成果的基础上,根据发展中国家企业追赶所面临的现实环境,对动态能力进行了构建,提出了一个基于动态能力的企业追赶概念模型。模型显示,市场识别能力、技术识别能力和资源调配能力是构成发展中国家企业动态能力的三个关键要素,它们共同决定了发展中国家企业追赶的绩效。根据浙江经济发展的实践对这一概念模型进行了实证检验,提出了这一概念模型对于当前我国企业追赶的启示。
Based on reviewing of dynamic capability and related theories, and analyzing of environments that developing country's enterprises (latecomers) face, we construct dynamic capability and put forward a conceptual framework of latecomers' catching-up strategy. The model indicates that market-identifying capability, technology-identifying capability, and resource mobilization (or configuration) capability are three key components of dynamic capability that developing country's enterprises pursuing. The three jointly affect the performance of latecomers' catching-up. Then, a validity testing for the model is performed by the practice in Zhejiang province. In the end, we draw the implications of the model for Chinese enterprise' catching-up.
