介绍了壳体注射模中采用浮动(弹性)定模的结构,解决壳体侧凹而又要出模的问题;动模采用镶拼结构,以方便加工出壳体深而薄的加强筋形状。
Introduce the structure adopting spring-fixed die in shell injection mold, which solves the problem of shell side concave and demolding;Active die uses inlay and splice structure,in order to be easy to process deeper and thinner bone-position shape of a shell. It belongs to classic injection mold structure of spring-fixed die and using inlay and splice.
