摘要
通过对构成中(高)密度纤维板的三种主要原材料---木质纤维、热固性合成树脂和防水剂---的化学成分、形态结构和主要性质,以及三种原材料之间的相互作用关系和加工工艺进行研究分析,应用高分子材料吸胀理论,揭示中(高)密度纤维板吸水厚度膨胀的主要机理。在此基础上归纳总结E1级中(高)密度纤维板吸水厚度膨胀偏高的主要原因,并就如何降低其吸水厚度膨胀率提出一些解决方案。
Research was made on chemical composition, form and texture and principal characters of the main raw materials for manufacturing MDF/HDF: wood fiber , thermoset synthetic resin and water repellent.After analyzing the interaction and processing technologies of these materials, applying the absorption-swelling theory of high molecular materials ,the principal mechanism of MDF/HDF thickness swelling was revealed.Based on these,main influence factors for high thickness swelling of E1 grade MDF/HDF were summarized,and also some solutions were put forward.
