Underemployment of the College Graduates and its Countermeasures

随着高校的扩招,大学生就业难已成为当今社会关注的焦点、难点问题。如何妥善解决,其对策为:1、就业难是全球问题,必须冷静面对;2、择业要具有前瞻性和健康的择业心态;3、要先追求职业的稳定性、长久性,再问收入;4、齐抓共管,全力做好大学生就业指导工作;5、学校要注重培养学生的诚信、敬业精神。

With the expanded enrollment of the colleges, the employment of the graduates has become the focal point for the society. Under such situation, the following should be paid attention to:The underemployment is a global problem and should be treated calmly; the healthy attitude of mind is necessary in choosing a job; the stability should be considered prior to the income; the vocational guidance should be made account of; the college should train up the students to be honest, faithful and dutiful.
