摘要
Recently, China Ministry of Water Resources has drawn up a new strategic planning for small hydropower in the first 20 years of the century. It is planned that, by 2020 will be established 300 counties with small power installed capacity of over 100 MW, 100 large-sized small hydropower bases with a capacity of over 200 MW, 40 super-huge small hydropower bases with a capacity of 1000 MW and 10 strong provinces having a capacity of over 5000 MW each.
