The setup of the scientific view about the writing talents has a strategic significance in training high-quality writing talents. The writing education in institutions of higher learning should take human as its center, lay emphasis on the promotive effects of the writing activities on the writers and attach great importance to the hardships of life and reading materials. It also should provide the spacious cultural environment for reading and the thinking space for the growing-up of the writing talents.
