摘要
深入研究了MOSFET输出阻抗对Gilbert混频器线性度的影响 ,建立了针对MOSFET输出阻抗的混频器非线性模型 ,得出了Gilbert混频器线性度最优偏置条件 .基于 0 .2 5 μmCMOS工艺的Gilbert混频器验证结果表明 ,预测得到的线性度最优理论偏置值与验证结果之间的误差小于 10 % .
The nonlinearity behavior of the CMOS Gilbert mixer is investigated. The impact of MOSFET output impedance on distortion is studied in depth. The mixer nonlinear model and optimal drain-to-source voltage bias are presented in this paper. The rate of error between the analytical predictions and the Cadence SpectreRF circuit simulation results is less than 10%.
