摘要
针对水电设备状态检修的需求,在三维动态仿真技术的基础上提出了设备数字化建模的方法。该方法将对象设备的可视化模型和数字特性模型有机地结合起来,使得数字化模型能自动识别设备状态,全面反映设备的运行状态和健康状态,为设备故障诊断打下基础。文中给出了水轮发电机组摇摆式导叶主接力器的数字化模型建模及应用实例。
In order to meet the requirement of condition-based maintenance of hydroelectric facilities, the digitized modeling method of devices is proposed based on the 3D dynamic simulation technology. This method can integrate the visualization model and the numerical characteristics model into an organic whole, enabling the digitized model to automatically identify the condition of the device. The digitized model can represent the operation and health of the device. The application of the digitized model can provide a basis for the diagnosis of the equipment. The digitized modeling process and an example of application of the wobble gate main servomotor of a hydroelectric generating set is described.
