摘要
从土地利用形态与城市交通的密切关系入手,研究交通生成预测关于土地利用形态的模型。以士地利用规模、性质和强度作为影响交通生成的主要因素,通过回归分析各类用地的单位面积出行吸引权重,引入“容积率”的概念,建立基于土地利用形态的交通生成预测模型。给出应用实例,验证了该方法的可行性和可靠性。
The modal of traffic creating forecast as to the characteri st ic of land utilizing was studied in this paper according to close relationshlp b etween land utilizing and urban traffic.Considering scale,usage and intensity of land utilizing,we established traffic creating forecast model based on chara cteristic of land utilizing including regression analysis in trip attracting rat e per a standard land unit and confirming land utilizing intensity that is repla ced by Volume Rate.Example of its application is presented,which validates its feasibility and reliability.
