肿瘤病房与普通病房护士癌痛知识状况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis about Cancer pain knowledge condition among nurses who work in tumor wards versus those in normal wards

目的:了解肿瘤病房和普通病房护士对癌痛相关知识的掌握程度及是否有正确的癌症止痛观念。方法:采用方便抽样的方法对其医院的50名肿瘤病房护士和50名普通病房护士进行《癌症止痛问卷》调查。结果:肿瘤病房进行癌痛教育的情况要好于普通病房,更多的肿瘤病房护士认为癌痛可满意控制、知道疼痛标尺,认为应根据患者的疼痛感受来确定疼痛等级、并经常与患者讨论疼痛治疗的效果,同时肿瘤病房护士的三阶梯止痛知识答题的得分情况要好于普通病房护士,但是两组人员对三阶梯止痛药物的基本知识都缺乏足够的了解。结论:肿瘤病房护士和普通病房护士的癌痛基本知识及观念存在较大差异。

Objectives: To find out the degree of cancer pain knowledge among nurses who work in tumor wards versus those in normal wards. To find out whether they have correct pain release ideas. Method: Using convenient sampling method chose 50 tumor-ward nurses and 50 normal-ward nurses to fill in the “Cancer pain release questionnaire”. Results: The cancer pain education made in tumor wards was better than that in normal wards. Most of nurses who work in tumor wards believed that the cancer pain could be controlled and released and known the three grades of pain. They confirmed that the ranks of pain should be determined according to the patient's feelings. They discussed the treatment effect with the patients frequently. The nurses in tumor wards knew more about the WHO three steps of pain release than those in normal wards. But both groups of nurses were lack of the basic knowledge about the three steps pain release medicines. Conclusion: There was significant difference in cancer pain basic knowledge between nurses who work in tumor wards and in normal wards. But we still need strengthen education to all nurses on pain release medicine and medicine addiction.
