论经历在教师专业成长中的意义 被引量：3

摘要 教师的专业成长是一个终身学习和实践性教学反思的过程.这一过程立足于现实生活,离不开教师经历的影响.本文对经历的含义与特点进行了简单梳理,阐述了经历对教师的职业定向、教学风格、教学反思都会产生较大的影响.教师应树立积极的心态,培养良好的反思习惯,挖掘自身经历对专业成长的意义.此外,促进和研究教师的专业成长也不能忽视教师的经历.
