摘要 通过对枸杞不同成熟期果实中的一些成分指标进行分析比较,证明不同成熟期果实的重量差异显著,夏果明显大于秋果,但秋果的出干率高于夏果.秋果与夏果中的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖的含量差异显著,而主要药理成分如多糖、总酸、类胡萝卜素的含量差异不显著.因此枸杞的秋果生产同样具有重要意义,建议通过实施一定的栽培管理措施来达到枸杞全年丰产的目的. The paper studied the content of some components of wolfberry fruit at different mature period, and the result showed that the difference of the fruit weight at different mature period was significant, and the fruits weight in summer was bigger than that in autumn. The differences of total soluble solids (TSS) and soluble sugar between summer fruit and autumn fruit were also significant. However there was not difference in wolfberry polysaccharide (LBP), titratable acid (TA) and carotenoid of the fruit in different mature period. At last, the paper also proposed some suggestion for the production of wolfberry.
