摘要
CT已成为当今医学影像诊断中不可缺少的重要工具并在医院临床普遍应用,现在全国约有CT机4000台。本文作者通过对《中华放射医学与防护杂志》1995-2003年期间所刊登的与CT有关报道的32篇文章加以综合分析与评论。发现目前我国在有效利用CT资源、提高临床诊断率、减少误诊率及漏诊率的同时,还存在着值得注意的某些问题,甚至有些问题是比较严重的。因此做好CT检查病人的防护是有重要意义的。
CT has served as an indispensable instrument in medical image diagnosis and is extensively applied in clinic. There are about four thousand CT machines in the country. The authors review and remark 32 articles about CT published in <Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection> between 1995 and 2003. It is found that some problems, even more severe ones in some respects, should be noticed in efficient utilize of CT, improving clinical diagnosis rates and reducing misdiagnosis rate and rate of missed diagnosis, which suggests that protecting patients is necessary in CT examining.
