目的引起医务工作者在医疗照射时对病人防护问题的关注,从而将医疗照射的潜在危害降到最低。方法以调查研究和有关资料为基础,分析忽视病人防护问题的原因,探讨加强防护的具体措施。结果提炼出忽视病人防护的三大问题与三项对策。结论解决好病人的防护问题,不仅可以降低辐射危害,还与提高医疗服务质量及放射诊疗技术和医务人员的基本素质(特别是安全文化素养)有密切关系,值得我们下大力气推动这一重要防护工作的开展,从而全面提高我国医用辐射防护水平。

Objective Make the medical science pay attention to the problem of patient protection in medical expoure, and thus it the lowest. Methods Based on the investigations and relevant materials, it will analyse the reason that ignores the patients protection,probe into and strenqthen the arrect protection measure. Results It has summarized the three big problems and three countermeasures of iqnoring the patient treatment. Conclusion To settlethe patients shelter problem well, it can not only redule the radiation endanqer(especially safe artistic appreciation),and it has close relations with improving medical service, diagnoses technology and person basic quality to radiate.
