摘要
用反相高饮液相色谱法同时测定强化食品中维生素A、维生素D和维生素E的含量。对不同成分的样品采用不同的提取步骤。测定回收率分别为92.18%~98.72%、91.61%~97.78%和92.00%~97.25%。变异系数(CV)分别为1.03%~5.23%、2.37%~5.33%和2.67%~3.72%。
