摘要
[目的] 观察萎胃冲剂对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的治疗作用。[方法] 以自研中药萎胃冲剂对脱氧胆酸造模的复合型CAG大鼠进行治疗,观察其体重、胃液酸度及胃蛋白酶活性,胃黏膜组织病理变化等方面的作用,并以胃苏冲剂作对照。[结果] 萎胃冲剂可增加造模大鼠的体重,提高其降低的胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性,改善其胃黏膜组织的病理变化,效果明显优于胃苏冲剂。[结论] 萎胃冲剂对大鼠CAG具有良好的治疗作用。
Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Weiwei granule on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) of rats. [Methods] Compound rats model of CAG was induced with deoxycholic acid. Weiwei granule was given to the rats and Weisu granule was given as control. Changes of weight, acidity of gastric juice, activity of pepsin and pathologic changes of gastric mucous tissue were observed. [Results] Weiwei granule increased the weight of CAG rats, the acidity of gastric juice and the activity of pepsin, improved the pathologic changes of gastric mucous tissue. The effect of Weiwei granule was obviously better than that of Weisu granule. [Conclusion] Weiwei granule has good therapeutic effect on CAG rats.
