摘要
[目的] 观察含阳春砂、绿壳砂、缩砂的3种和胃冲剂对胃肠动力的促进作用,筛选出较优组方,探讨剂量反应关系。[方法] 采用营养性半固体灌胃法观察服用3种和胃冲剂前后小肠推进比和胃排空率的变化。[结果]3种和胃冲剂有明显的促胃肠动力作用,与西沙必利相近(P>0. 05),明显高于对照组(P<0 .05)。3种冲剂对胃肠动力的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0 .05),其中含阳春砂和胃冲剂对胃肠促进作用优于另两种;不同剂量和胃冲剂作用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。[结论] 和胃冲剂能有效地促进正常小鼠胃肠动力。3 种冲剂作用强度依次为:含阳春砂和胃冲剂>含绿壳砂和胃冲剂>含缩砂和胃冲剂。增大和胃冲剂剂量,促胃肠动力作用无明显改变。
Objective] To investigate the effect of the Hewei granule (HG) with different kinds of Amomum on gastrointestinal motility and to choose the most effective one and optimal dose.[Methods] The small intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying were observed before and after the three kinds of HG were feed. [Results] The three kinds of HG had obvious effect of promoting the gastrointestinal motility, which was similar with that of Cisapride ( P >0.05) and better than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The effect of HG with Amomun villosum Lour was better than that of others, however there was no statistical difference ( P >0.05) . The gastrointestinal motility did not significantly increase as the dose added. [Conclusion] HG can improve gastrointestinal motility effectively. The one with Amomum villosum Lour is more effective than the others. Dose-response relationship is not notable.
