摘要
本文叙述了硬质合金高压喷嘴从毛坯的压制成形开始到喷嘴孔口的切割加工的整个过程。对硬质合金喷嘴毛坯的三种类型即:R≥0.5φ+1和R<0.5φ+1进行了讨论,从而大幅度地提高了烧结毛坯的利用率及喷嘴的制造精度,并且按喷嘴的烧结毛坯的1值分组,使喷嘴加工能够按照计算求得的加工参数进行准确加工,实现批量生产.
This paper reluts to the whole processiug from the pressing compression of blank of cemented carbide pressure spraying nozzle to the machining of the orifice of Spraying nozzle.In tbe paper,the 3 types of sintering blank of cemented carbide spraying nozzle which are R≥0. 5φ+1 and R<0. 5φ+1,have been discussed. for they have been classified according to the 1 volue of sintered blank of spraying nozzle,so the utilization ratio of sintered blank and the producing accuracy of spraying nozzle have been greatly raised and the spraying nozzle can be machined precisely according to the machining conditions calculated,The serial production ean be realized well.
