摘要
本文研究了TiN及WC加入量对金属陶瓷组织和性能的影响.结果表明,随TiN加入量的增加,组织细化,WC形成TiC-WC固溶体的临界加入量约为15%,超过15%时将使部分WC以针状或针片状形式存在,使硬度降低.
The influence of the adding contents of TiN and WC on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti(c,N)based cermets bas been studied in the paper. The experimental results have shown that the microstructure becomes finer with the increase in adding contents of TiN. The critical adding coutents of WC is about 15 percent ln which case WC can dissolve into the TiN to form the solid solution of TiC-WC. If the adding content is more than 15 percent, parts of the adding WC particles will remain in the matrix in the form of needle or slice,hence decrease the bardness of cermets.
