摘要
常规的Zn-Al-Cd牺牲阳极的电化学性能随温度升高而变差,不适合高温下使用。基于合金化原理,研究了数种锌阳极配方,经筛选确定了一种在高温下具有较优电化学性能的锌合金牺牲阳极配方。用该配方制备的1#锌阳极在80℃时的电流效率仍高达90.1%,而且表面腐蚀均匀,开路电位和工作电位较负且较稳定。
The electrochemical properties of the routine Zn-Al-Cd anode sacrifice become worse as temperature increases. It doesn't suit to use at high temperature. Based on the alloy theory,the author studied several prescriptions of zinc alloy and screened one which has better electrochemical properties at high temperature.
