On the Unemployment and Reemployment in the View of Social Mobility

失业的社会流动阻滞在于社会流动的规模不大、制度约束性太强、方向不太合理和观念滞后。因此 ,要构建合理的再就业社会流动机制 ,必须大力发展经济 ,尽快推进制度改革 ,积极转变就业观念 ,尽快建立劳动力自由流动机制。

The social mobility obstacle of unemployment lies in the small scale of social mobility,the strong restraint of the institution,the unreasonable direction and the lag of the concepts.Thererore,in order to construct the reasonable social mobility mechanisms of reemployment,we must try our best to develop the economy,to promote the institutional reform,to transform the concept of employment positively as soon as possible,and to establish a free mobility mechanisms of labour force.
