Hold Firmly the Start-point and Standpoint of the Construction of Style of Work of the Party

党的作风问题实质是党与人民群众的关系问题 ,具体地说是党的各级领导干部与人民群众的关系问题。在新的历史时期 ,我们党的各级领导干部要经受种种考验 ,行使好人民赋予的权力 ,保持党与人民群众的血肉联系 ,这是新时期党风建设的出发点和落脚点 ,为此 ,必须加强和改进党的作风建设 。

The problem of the style of work of the Party is the problem of Party-masses relationship in fact, is the problem of relationship between all level leaders of the Party and masses in detail. All level leaders of the Party should endure various trials, execute the right well people endow and keep blood-meat relationship of Party-masses. This is start-point and standpoint of the style of work of the Party in new historical times. Therefore we must enforce and improve the construction of the style of work of the Party and solve the outstanding problem of the construction of the style of work.
