摘要
人力资源价值计量在理论上研究的难度 ,使人力资源管理的实际应用出现障碍。因此 ,本文从人力资源价值内涵出发 ,分析了人力资源价值计量的难点、要求与内容 ,对人力资源价值计量模式作了初步探讨。
The theoretical difficulties in the value calculation of the human resource have caused some obstacles to the application of the management of the human resource.Based on the inner meanings of the value of the human resource,analyzes the difficulties,requirements and contents of the value calculation and makes an initial research in the calculation mode.
