摘要
本文研究了添加碳量对金属陶瓷组织和性能的影响.结果表明,添加碳量对组织和性能有很大影响;添加1%C可获得两相组织,具有最好性能.添加碳量超过1.3%时组织中出现了游离石墨,使性能降低;并且,随添加碳量增加,游离石墨形态由片状+团絮状向较均匀分布的颗粒状过渡.
This paper deals With the effect of addition of carbon contents on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti(C, N)based cermets. The experimental results have shown that the great influences are produced on the microstructure and mechanical properties. The maximum transverse rupture strength and hardness are obtained by adding I Percent of carbon ele-nents in which case the microstructure is found to consist of common dual phase with addition of carbon contents more than 1. 3 percent,the free graphites were observed to exist in the microstructure, hence decreased the mechanical properties It was also found that with the increase of adding carbon elements the graphite shape was found to change from slice and sphere to granule.
