本文介绍了对大型公共图书馆进行节能评测的意义、测量方案的实施、初步测试结果的分析和下一步工作的考虑。本文根据实测结果,首次提出了两个评价建筑物热特性的参数:建筑物热滞时间和建筑物温差指数。

This paper tells the meaning of evaluation of energy saving,the application of the test solution,the analysis of the preliminary testing result,and the outlook of the large public library.Based on the practical result,it presents two important parameters to evaluate the heat characteristics of the building:the heat stagnant period and the index of difference in temperature for a building.
