黑社会性质犯罪是当前社会治安形势严峻的主要表现之一。当前我国首要任务是在全国范围内进行打黑除恶的专项斗争。黑恶势力滋生蔓延有其深刻的社会基础。对其预防的措施:加大反腐力度;充分发动群众;拓宽信息来源,大力开展扫除“黄”、“赌”、“毒”和收缴黑枪的行动。

Crimes with underworld characteristics is one of the major expressions which reflect social order's seriousness at present .Recently a special flight against underworld and evil force has been earring out all over the country .The underworld and evil force have their profund social basis.The precautions against them are to strenghen the depth of anticorruption , arouse the masses to action, enlarge the intelligence sources , clear out "prostitution, gambling ,drugs"and take over illegal firearms.
