There are some distinct ditterences between Common Higher Education and Adult Higher Education in terms of their status, functions, administrative mode and particular critetia.How to make the newly established Xinjiang Police Officers Academy walk up onto a way of high jumping-off point,good quality and normative running and become a first-class public security college,on which there still are many issues to be researched.The author puts forward his opinions on building the Academy in order to attract more valuable discussions from other experts.
