高校素质教育在培养高素质人才中发挥着日益重要的作用。青年教师素质直接决定了素质教育的质量和效益。青年教师素质目前存在两个主要问题，必须采取相应的对策予以解决。

Quality education at colleges and universities is playing an increasingly important part in producing high quality graduates. its efficiency and value is in large part determined by the qualities young teachers possess. There are two problems in connection with it and therefore effective measures must be taken as so lutions.
