摘要
在教学活动过程中 ,教师的教学行为受其“教师作用”这一价值观支配。教育史上曾经出现过“设计师”、“雕塑家”、“助产师”、“园丁”等对教师的隐喻 ,表现出对教师作用观和教育的不同理解。后现代主义教育理论认为 ,在教学过程中 ,教师与学生不是主客二分 ,而是彼此平等共生的关系 ,教师是“平等者中的首席”。
s: A teachers behavior in the teaching activity is governed by value judgment of teacher roles. Metaphors for teachers in the educational history such as designers, sculptors, midwives, gardeners display different understandings of education and teacher roles. Postmodernism believes that the relationship between teachers and students is not that between hosts and guests, but that of equality and symbiosis. A teacher only takes the first of the same chairs.
