略论解放战争时期我党的土地政策

On Land Policy of Communist Party of China during Chinese War of Liberation

本文在综合大量资料的基础上 ,简要分析了 1 945 - 1 949年共产党所倡导和推行的减租减息政策、平分土地政策等内容 ,从历史的角度探讨了 2 0世纪上半叶中国 3余年土地政策的历史演变。这是研究中国土地政策发展史的组成部分 ,它有助于土地政策科学体系的建立与完善。

On the basis of historic materials, the history development of land policy during Chinese War of Liberation(1945-1949) was analyzed. In that period, Communist Party of China pushed reduction of rent and interest,equal distribution of land etc. The evolution of land policy during Chinese War of Liberation played an important role in the whole development history of land policy in China.The history development of land policy had contributed to establishment and completion of land policy's science system.
