股份制实施过程中存在的问题及对策

Some Problems and Strategies during the Implement of Share-system

股份制是现代企业的一种资本组织形式 ,有利于所有权和经营权的分离 ,有利于提高企业和资本的运作效率。我国企业实行股份制历史较短 ,由于体制和观念的惯性 ,还存在许多问题。为了使股份制顺利地建立起来 ,按股份制的真实面目对国企进行改革 ,本文分析了我国股份制实施过程中存在的问题并提出了相应对策。

Share system, one of capital organization forms in modern businesses, is not only beneficial to the separation of owning and managing rights, but also beneficial to the efficiency of the business and its capital. There are still some problems about this because of the traditional system , concept and a short history of share system in enterprises of China. In order to set up share system smoothly in China and reform our nation run businesses according to its real nature, some problems were analysed and some relative strategies were presented during the implement of share system in China.
